And I lack the one of entering every area in the game, seems to be the worst of all, I cannot even find a strategy for that one, it seems to pop up randomly. And I missed the one for all the endings since I didn't think about the possibility of others being able to kill the Archdemon XD

I was almost surprised to discover that there wasn't an achievement for getting all the codexes. On the other hand, it would be such a pain in the butt to try and get, but what an accomplishment it would be in the end.
